I know this sounds like an obvious question and answer, but many small business owners don’t really see the value of an email list. Many believe that most emails end up in the spam or trash folder of a client’s email. Not true when you give your list what they want.
And what they want is value. Valuable information that can help them with their problems related to your business or organization. When you email items of real interest to your community or following… it is appreciated. If it’s really good, they will even pass it on or ‘share’ it. Talk about it. Respond back to you.
Any of these emails make for furthering the conversation letting your team know what your tribe is really after. Their problems, issues, or concerns. The things that matter most to them that you may be able to help them with. That’s winning. That’s a winning email campaign that will grow and grow and give you value over and over.
